Terms of Service

The short version

Deskorama lets you build a desk that shows who you are and share it at your own link. Be kind, only post things you have the right to post, and nothing adult or hateful. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules. By using Deskorama, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with Google. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Handles are first come, first served. We may take back handles that impersonate someone, are offensive, or infringe a trademark.

Your content

You own what you put on your desk. You give us permission to store it and show it: on your desk, in Community, in link previews and in search results (unless your desk is private). You're responsible for what you post, including the links you add. You can remove your content at any time.

What's not allowed

• Nudity, sexual or adult content.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence.
• Anything illegal, or content you don't have the rights to (other people's photos, art, logos).
• Spam, scams, phishing or links to malware.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Abusing the service: scraping, overloading it, or getting around limits (like the 5 image limit on free desks).

Moderation

We may remove content, hide desks, or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. If you see something that breaks them, or that uses your work without permission, email hello@deskorama.app.

Free plan and PRO

Deskorama is free to use, with limits such as 5 images per desk. Limits may change. A paid plan, PRO, is coming later. It isn't for sale yet. Before it launches we'll add its terms here, including billing, cancellation and refunds.

Limitation of liability

Deskorama is new, still changing, and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break, and we can't promise it will always be available, so keep your own copies of anything important you upload. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages from using Deskorama, or for content other people post. Links on desks go to other websites that we don't control.

Ending

You can stop using Deskorama at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and announce big changes in the app. Continuing to use Deskorama after a change means you accept it.
